In life of a human being each day there are 24 hours. Actually we do not recognise time as such, we recognise change. So if a person is kept in coma for 30 years and exactly same situation can be created before entering in coma, like wife returning from the kitchen, child playing the game etc, he could not recognise that 30 years have been spent.
That is why in during sleeping we could not recognise 8 hours of our life as spent! We take them for granted actually we feel only 16 hours of our life as spent because we can notice the change in those 16 hours of a day.
Now out of these 16 hours of a day, usually we spend 8 hours in school or college or in office. So only 8 hours are actually left in a day of 24 hours which we can call as our time of life. It is what we do in these hours usually make us a person.
So in the age of 50 – 51 years actually i have completed only 16 years of my time of life and the 17th is still running.
Really it is great to enjoy the 17th year of my time of life!
If i will further fine tune my time of life that i spent on nurturing myself by learning from my mistakes, reading books, meditation, attending lectures of saints and leaders of industry etc this comes to about only 1 year or less!
That too when i think i have given considerable time for such activities!!
We must celebrate, dance, sing, paint, sex or any creative activity whenever we get even 2-5 minutes personal time, make it very precious and to live it for one year we need to live 50 years!
So joy from this time must be value added by 50 times to equalise with age. Then only one day we will be able to experience coolness of Love.
This is the ultimate experience that any person can have to be able to live a life as real human being. We need to make effort to be able to live that life.
When every government is taxing on us for what value we have add to the product or services, why not joy, celebration and dance in our personal life should also be value added?
This simple change in your life is capable to experience Philosia moment in your life. And you will get transformed immediately to enjoy rest of your life with ultimate freedom from thoughts, anxiety and stress forever.
Awareness meditation (Osho guiding about meditation on YouTube) is the way worked for me, may be you too find it suitable otherwise Dynamic meditation is for most of the people. You may wish to know that the state of meditation is our natural state and “How meditation affects us?”.
