My English is poor, pronunciation is further ahead of it. Still I write so that you may get a glimpse towards which I am pointing to, like it happens when you ask a stranger in non-English speaking country about something and he or she tries to explain it. If you are thirsty of this knowledge, so you get it too. The consciousness plays an important role in communicating the point at much higher level where we all are connected because I am writing only from my own experiences or understanding.
Jesus said that God created human being in his own images. We do not exist in reality. A 3D wave coming from infinite to infinite got diffracted at some location and there emerges a visible hologram of a person or thing in space. In a person God leaves his footprints too in his/her heart, so that through them one can understand the true reality. Through meditation we can try to develop ability to reach to those footprints and recognise them too.
Upanishad says ‘तत्त त्वम असि’ means ‘You are that’. Then they means that you are that 3D wave in space time, just visible because of diffraction. Since you got involved with other diffracted similar objects that is why you have forgotten your true nature. The moment you get enlightened this realisation happens immediately. That this is the case already but why I was missing it till date?
Nirvana means deep continuous realisation 24×7 that I am that 3D wave only, this diffracted image is just cyclic in nature and it will stop forever after death of this body/image. The reason for diffraction is our desires of enjoying this diffracted world more and more till death. As soon as a moment of no-desire, and no-mind coincides during meditation practice you become your original wave form or God. In that moment you see yourself without holographic projection because there is no desire left to polarise it. In that moment the separation that you are wave form and not the ego (the holographic image resembling your body) and thus body is just like any other object available in this world. Immediately you come to know that all other Guam beings too are just like me and due to this diffraction they are assuming themselves as body because the holographic image is assumed by mind as the self.
An enlightened person is like a quantum state, said Osho. So to elaborate with respect to this 3D wave metaphor, I can say that an enlightened person can switch between his true reality as 3D wave and his body, a particle like, at will to guide people towards their ultimate destiny.
A couplet from an unknown mystic is as below:
माखी गुड़ में गड़ी रहे, पंख लिए लपटाय। सिर धुने और पाँव धुने, तृष्णा (लालच) बुरी बलाय॥
A human being enjoying material world is like a fly eating jaggery in rainy season.
It’s legs and wings got struck in jaggery leading its death in trying to take its wings out. These wings helps it to fly and enjoy freedom. These wings are used as a metaphor for mind of a human being. While enjoying the worldly pleasures the mind gets struck so much in them and desires so that people spent most of their energy in controlling the uncontrollable and then meditation becomes impossible at fag end of life ie death. When it can help one to attain ultimate destiny and set him free from cycle of death and birth again and again.
This is the reason God keep giving us opportunity to enjoy this 3D diffracted world again and again.With meditation a situation can only be created like an artist or musician where mind comes to a no-mind state for few seconds initially.
My favourite meditation is as below:
I am practicing last 35 years is Awareness/Mindfulness Meditation during brushing my teeth. Earlier it was a robotic act and I used to think about past or future act/activity/instances etc. By being totally aware during brushing feeling it’s abrasion on every tooth, coupled with sensation of paste etc all thoughts slowly got dissolved and only present moment remained. Miraculous it is, as it engrossed all my activities over the period of time.
Awareness meditation (Osho guiding about meditation on YouTube) is the way worked for me, may be you too find it suitable otherwise Dynamic meditation is for most of the people. You may wish to know that the state of meditation is our natural state and “How meditation affects us?”.
There are 110 other meditation techniques discovered by Indian Mystic Gorakhnath about 500years before and further modified by Osho that one can experiment and the suitable one could be practiced in routine life.
My experiences may be of your help in taking only one step in deciding to add value to life. Because everyone has to move forward alone, this is the nature of this journey.
In my life mindfulness or awareness meditation (My experiences shared through a post) helped miraculously. Along with meditation living a simple, authentic and totality in life is very helpful. It is helful even when we are serving people around us with great love and care without discrimination.
