Here is my tribute to the first ever human being in history of mankind to Be born in a poor family and got enlightened. Jesus pioneered enlightenment of Gorakh, Kabir, Laila, Ravidas, Meera, Rabia etc. Journey of a seed within. They all became fellow traveller of Jesus.

God has Embedded a seed of enlightenment in you by giving you this gift of living as a human being here. He has shown his deep trust in you that you will be able to grow like a tree out of this seed. So you are not only a body like any other animal but a body with a seed.
If a person has not taken care of this seed then his life become a wasted opportunity even if he is a Billionaire or Highly successful person or leader at international level. Such life is treated as living in horizontal plane.
By practicing meditation, living simple & authentic life and giving your best in the work in hand one can prepare ground (by becoming fluid like water as per Tao) and favourable conditions so that the seed could germinate and grow its roots under the ground. These roots helps in growth of a plant above ground that could convert into a tree means enlightenment, a flowering tree and ultimately fruit bearing tree. Such life is said to be lived in horizontal plane as well as in vertical plane too.
So in a way you have started living life on a cross or you become like a Christ, a Buddha etc.
Most people know this deep down in their heart because it is default setting but we have overridden it in adolescent age by our choice settings so as to fulfil our desires.
I begun with a simple awareness meditation and Zen meditation. You can begin with your choice of meditation or prayer according to your religion or choice today itself, because by procrastinating and postponing we have already lost a big part of our life. By practicing awareness meditation, living simple &authentic life and doing your job in hand to your best – you create favourable situations for growth of the seed within into a tree of consciousness.
My experiences may be of your help in taking only one step. Because everyone has to move forward alone, this is the nature of this journey.
In my life mindfulness or awareness meditation helped miraculously. Apart from that living a simple, authentic and totality in life is very helpful even when we are serving people around us with great love and care without discrimination.
