METAverse helpful for Awareness meditation

My English is poor still I write so that you may get a glimpse towards which I am pointing to. When you ask a stranger in non-English speaking country about something and he or she tries to explain it and you get a clue because you are hungry of that little information in that situation.
So if you are thirsty of this spiritual knowledge, then you are sure going get it too. The consciousness plays an important role in communicating the point at much higher level where we all are connected. Since I am sharing my own experiences in discovery of  truth.

Before indulging in the topic of this post METAverse helpful in Awareness meditation, let us first understand about meditation.
To enter into METAverse we need to wear a VR headset. To come out of our Ego and know the REALITY as it is, we need to drop it.
Now if we are it, then how can we drop it? This is the dilemma, this is the mystery, this makes it a sorcery like world. 
But people came out of its clutches and so they are called as Mystics. They say that in intense no-mind state it drops on its own. Wu-Wei-Wu! 
Awareness meditation is the simplest way to create such situations in which the Ego drops on its own. Then we know our REALITY as it is because ego was acting as dirt in our connection with godliness. It is a blissful, ecstatic world of ultimate freedom. We are missing it due to ego.

So METAverse is helpful in Meditation because it is just reverse of METAverse.

By coming out of METAverse after removing the VR headset you will know how it feels when you discover your own REALITY as it is when you attain intense no-mind state practising Awareness meditation or any meditation.

In his book The Invitation, #26 You have your problem: I’m going home, Osho says:

“These idiots have been creating new fads in psychology, psychoanalysis, therapy – and making millions of dollars, and fooling people. It is not enlightenment.

And if this is enlightenment then there is no need for enlightenment. It’s perfectly good to go to the bathroom … forget all about the enlightenment.”

The East has never bothered with the mind, has not even taken note of it, has ignored it.

From Patanjali to Gautama the Buddha, to Shankara, to Ramakrishna, to J. Krishnamurti – all tradition does not bother with the mind.

The mind is mentioned for only one purpose: how to transcend it.

Hundreds of methods have been found that can help you transcend the mind, and once you are beyond the mind all your problems look like someone else’s problems.

You reach observer status in the hills, and all the trouble is in the valleys. And they have no impact on you; you’ve gone beyond them.

The West has remained completely mind-centered. In the West the only thing they have thought about is matter and mind.

And matter is reality and mind is just a by-product; beyond the mind there is nothing.

In the East matter is illusory, mind is a by-product of all your illusions, projections, dreams.

Your reality is beyond matter and mind, both.

So we divide reality in the East into three parts:

matter, the most external; Matter has a relative reality;it is not absolutely real, just relatively real.

the soul, the innermost; and the soul is absolutely real.

the mind is in the middle of both. The mind is absolutely unreal,

This is a totally different categorization of humanity. In the West the categories are simple: matter is real, mind is just a by-product, and there is nothing beyond mind.

So remember, if you are meditating nothing else is necessary. If you are not meditating, then these psychotherapies can be helpful as a stepping stone to meditation.

Further comments on this topic  :- I write from my own experience and may help you to understand few terms or sentences or definitions that Osho used in this talk.

When i used to read Osho’s books i could also not understand many such terms or sentences but i kept reading his books. I was experimenting in my real life whatever is suggested in his books and also kept meditating too.
Awareness meditation in the morning and Zen meditation in the evening whenever i got time. This helped me to one day fall into the reality.
Since my own experience of coming out of the mind and entering into reality have some similarity with stopping VR and living the life as before, hence this post.

Taking example of a boy wearing a Virtual Reality headgear and playing a VR game, as in the image i used at top.

The boy is Reality or the soul or your true self or you can say that the boy’s physical body is surrounded by the kingdom of God.

His ego (the hero of the game in VR) is unreal because it does not exists as an entity but the mind keeps projecting something upon it. So for the boy it seems that the ego too exist and it becomes so real that he forgets that he is separate from the VR game. All the fear, anguish, trembling, anxiety in his life are due to wearing the Ego just like wearing a VR headset. Here the VR is like the mind/Ego. Mystics, saints warn us about our reality like people around this fellow are warning him but the solution is taking the VR headset out. That neither these people are suggesting nor the person is capable of removing.

As soon as the boy comes to know that he is not the AVATAR but outside of the game and that the game is Virtual, reality of AVATAR and the everything & everyone in the game becomes unreal.

METAverse helpful in Awareness meditation because when this happens in real life it is called enlightenment or awakening or entering the kingdom of God. Now the person interacts with other in outside world as an AVATAR in the game, while he himself is enjoying ultimate freedom being living inside the kingdom of God within. This dual state of a human being is same as quantum state of an atom.

The boy is able to play the game through the boy’s AVATAR means Ego.
So everything ‘in the VR game’ is ‘relatively real’ provided the AVATAR is considering himself as real, but actually it is not so.

This is said as watching from the hill while the (Virtual Reality game) game is being played in the valley by Osho. Your reality is at different realm or different level from the stage or valley where the game of life is being played.

Awareness meditation is the way worked for me, may be you too find it suitable otherwise Dynamic meditation is for most of the people. There are 110 other meditation techniques discovered by Indian Mystic Gorakhnath about 500years before and further modified by Osho that one can experiment and the suitable one could be practiced in routine life. 

My experiences may be of your help in taking only one step. Because everyone has to move forward alone, this is the nature of this journey.
In my life mindfulness or awareness meditation helped miraculously. Apart from that living a simple, authentic and totality in life is very helpful even when we are serving people around us with great love and care without discrimination.
