Sudden enlightenment is catching the truth.

Subjective scientific discovery is our inherent and natural quality. This image of child trying different things and learning from them is a good example of it.
Sudden enlightenment is like that which we used to learn in early 2 years in our childhood. We have no idea about anything but we kept trying and suddenly a good taste, smell is recognised. Sometimes suddenly we discovered that the thing like fire or electirc plug we touched is never to be touched again. We have just forgot to do subjective research. We mastered it in our childhood and learned a lot!.

Truth looks died for the person of belief. The truth buried deep inside usually comes out to breath just like a bubble. Those bubbles could be shocking news or aha moment. Sufi says it happens seven times in life of everyone here. A little awareness practice just help in getting hold of it in that moment.

This Discovery of truth or catching sight of it, when the truth erupts naturally, is a matter of subjective research. It is quite similar to catching of fish like a heron.

Sit silently do nothing, season comes and fish pops out.

Image of a crane getting hold of a fish when it poped out to take breath.
This crane waited silently doing nothing, it got hold of the fish. Same is procedure for sudden enlightenment.

This is why Zen people say sit silently, do nothing and the grass grows by otself green. Due to sudden holding of truth when it erupts naturally in the moment of intense awareness practice, it is called as sudden enlightenment.

Most contemporary people are going to discover it in this way and in future too beacuse it can happen while living social life. We need not have to devote precious time of life from busy schedule to practice awareness mediation. It can be done while doing any act! I started practicing it during brushing my teeth in the morning.

So I can say that Awareness meditation practice worked for me in getting first no thought moment. I tried it first during brushing my teeth in the morning after trying 8-10 meditations over period of 15 years! So there is no need to reinvent the circle for you. May be you too find it suitable otherwise with Dynamic meditation and/or Kundalini in the evening it is suitable for most of the people. There are 110 other meditation techniques discovered by Indian Mystic Gorakhnath about 500years before and further modified by Osho for contemporary people that one can experiment and the suitable one could be practiced in routine life.
