This post gives the reader a once in a lifetime opportunity. I described the basic qualities required to avail it and try it, to decide whether it is worth experimenting and worth practising in any routine activity like I did during brushing. Earlier mind remained clouded by thoughts, but by being aware of every movement of brush on my teeth and it’s sensation etc, they started disappearing for a moment.
I have tried to describe the point Osho was talking about in this book. The mindfulness or awareness meditation that I practiced helped me to fall into consciousness and know it. In result that experience gave this insight.
Taking a post from another blogger, just tried to explain the ‘fish’ used as metaphor by many Mystics. It is referred as consciousness or self too.
