An African proverb is decoded based upon my experiences in spiritual journey. It seems that a big part of economy is based on our eating, and the more we eat the better for their economy. This is the reason for so many food advertisements and shops on main road. A conscious person can easily learn how to live better. A little awareness meditation practice can bring a big change in life, it changed mine so it can change your’s too.
